The Bible was written by multiple authors in 3 languages over the span of at least 1,000 years on the other side of the planet 2,000+ years ago! How do we begin to bridge the gap between us and the Bible so we can read it well, confident that we understand what the original authors (and the Holy Spirit!) intended? This session seeks to help bridge this gap with a focus on genre identification and practical tools in the aid of Bible reading.
