This is a service designed for all ages, with an option to wash each other's feet at home at the conclusion.

Tonight begins what we call in our tradition the Triduum, the sacred 3 days. This service, together with Good Friday, Holy Saturday, and the Great Vigil of Easter, form one long liturgy as we mark Jesus’ journey to death and celebrate his resurrection. Maundy Thursday is named from the latin word mandatum, meaning commandment, which was given by Jesus at the Last Supper, which was to love one another as he has loved us.
