"Good fences make good neighbours," the saying goes. Boundaries help us know what we are and aren't responsible for, so we can let our yes be yes and our no be no. But often our sense of appropriate boundaries gets skewed and we struggle to say no to each other and ourselves, a recipe for burnout and resentment. Other people don't say "yes" to the right things and instead shut themselves off. In this course based on the book Boundaries, we'll look at what healthy boundaries are and how to develop them with each other, ourselves, and God.
